I am living in a 3/2 house and there is a room available with a shared bath with myself. The room is at the front of the house and can come partially furnished if desired (bookshelf, dresser, desk). There is great natural light and a spacious closet.

The common areas are fully furnished, and there is a large open kitchen with a gas range and dishwasher. There is also a washer/dryer in the house and garage for storage. Utilities are not included and ~$100/mo per housemate. I have two sweet cats so no other pets are allowed :(

There is a carport for parking along with ample street parking available. The house in also close to nearby bus stops.

The neighborhood is walking distance to UT/football and baseball stadiums, with easy access to 1-35. It’s very walkable and it’s close to Manor Rd and the restaurants/bars nearby. It also close to the Red River district downtown and E. 6th on the eastside.

Myself and my other housemate are millennials (elder millennial here!) and are both women, so we prefer to have another female housemate who is roughly in our age range. We both have pretty standard work schedule and are looking for someone similar.

I’m a therapist and my other housemate works in the music industry. I love to go out to shows, go to coffee shops nearby, and hang out with friends around town.

I’m one of the tenants and have been living in the house for several years and love the space and the neighborhood.
