We’re looking for an artist, creative, or thoughtful human to join our shared home at UNRULY Collective, an artist residency and creative community in Bushwick.

The available room is on the first floor with a peaceful view of the garden. It’s bright, quiet, and works beautifully as a bedroom, studio, or a combination of both. Being on the main floor also means easy access to the kitchen, living room, and shared spaces.

Five artists currently live in the house, and the atmosphere is collaborative while still respecting everyone’s independence. Residents have access to our shared kitchen, cozy living room, backyard garden, and our downstairs performance venue, where we host live music, comedy, open mics, exhibitions, workshops, and community events. You’re welcome to participate as much or as little as you’d like.

We’re located on a quiet residential block in Bushwick, one block from the L train, two blocks from the J train, and a short walk to Irving Square and Highland Park.
