Lilith’s Administrative & Data Manager will be responsible for maintaining the organization’s digital data, for supporting our team on various administrative and/or technical tasks, and for communicating with our bookkeeping and list management teams. Expertise in CRM and systems management required; nonprofit experience preferred.
We envision this position as a 10-15 hour/week hybrid role starting August 1 and reporting to our Communications Director and CEO. Ideally, the Manager will come into the office 1-2 days/week, depending on workload, but for the right candidate we're willing to consider a fully remote arrangement.

Key responsibilities:
Manage digital data (donor, subscriber, events, and email lists)
Communicate with various support team members (bookkeeper, CRM, TechSoup, events team) to manage and troubleshoot data maintenance and integration
Manage donor acknowledgements
Serve as tactical lead on upcoming transition from multiple CRMs to a single unified system
Update website with new content (Wordpress); light troubleshooting (we have an off-site website support team)
Thought partner on tech needs
Develop and maintain system for triaging incoming phone calls and general email
Initiate, manage, and file vendor and freelance contracts
