About this Lister

I built my career around the goal of supporting creative people. For more than a decade, I've worked across project management, operations and production, helping founders and teams bring ideas to life while building the systems that keep organizations running smoothly.

My work is grounded in a people-first approach, with a focus on organization, communication, and practical problem-solving. I'm currently pursuing a Master of Social Work and my studies are deepening my understanding of how people and teams function. I hope to combine that perspective with my operations background to help organizations build healthier, more sustainable ways of working.

Background and Expertise

I have more than ten years of experience managing projects, operations, finances, and teams across startups, creative agencies, media organizations, nonprofits, and founder-led businesses. As a former founder and Head of Operations, I've built operational infrastructure from the ground up, including hiring processes, team structures, handbooks, financial systems, project management frameworks, and cross-functional workflows.

My background spans everything from producing award-winning podcasts and managing creative productions to overseeing budgets, bookkeeping, forecasting, payroll, vendor relationships, and organizational planning. I've worked with venture-backed startups, creative studios, major brands, nonprofits, therapy practices and independent founders, serving as both a strategic advisor and a hands-on operator.
