My house is located in a neighborhood worth visiting, full of art, monuments, restaurants, cafe and fashion shops. A fascinating area for those who want to discover the city's baroque art and food and wine culture.

Large entrance-living room, kitchen-dining area, a bathroom, a double bedroom overlooking the backyard. Ideal for a couple.
Outside you will find a small veranda to be used as a summer dining or coffee break, and a small backyard.

Workstation with Wi-Fi Internet and 32" LCD for your laptop.

You won't need a car to visit the best of the city:
less then 5 minutes on foot to reach the historic center (Roman Amphitheater and Basilica of Santa Croce), or Piazza Mazzini for shopping.
In the surrounding area you will find practically everything, coffee and pastry shops, modern or traditional restaurants, supermarkets and laundromats.

SEAS & BEACHES - suggestive cliffs or beaches nearby:
• Adriatic Sea: 15 minutes by car
• Ionian Sea: 25 minutes by car

We’re looking for a home exchange in Brooklyn Heights and nearby neighborhoods for two separate periods:

September 9 – October 10: non-simultaneous exchange
October 10 – December 10: simultaneous exchange

Our home is located in the heart of Lecce, and we’re open to homes in Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill, Carroll Gardens, Boerum Hill, Downtown Brooklyn, or other nearby areas with good access to transit and a neighborhood feel.

We’re interested in a comfortable place suited for a couple.

We are flexible on exact terms and open to discussing:

- reciprocal or non-reciprocal arrangements,
- short or medium stays,
- swaps with a work-from-home setup,
- alternative nearby dates within a similar window.
