I am a Brooklyn based private chef and small event caterer. I offer a range of services from weekly meal prep assistance, to helping host special dinners, events and parties, to bigger scale events. Even if you’re looking for a birthday cake or specialty dessert item, I’m your girl! I can do a range of baking and cooking, for all types of food preferences and palates. I have experience in many cuisines, and like to make healthy and satisfying food that is also delicious and feels special.

About this Lister

I am originally from the Pacific Northwest and like to imbue a sense of freshness, local produce and seasonal flavors in my cuisine. I have also spent a lot of time traveling outside of the U.S and use a lot of inspiration from my travels. I find it really rewarding working with people on making their daily life easier and more delicious, with meal prep and working with clients to put together really special events and curated menu’s to their desires.

Background and Expertise

I have worked in the food industry, on all fronts, for over 10 years. I have a lot of experience with wine, as well as food, and baking and cooking equally. In general, hosting is a passion of mine, and I love to be able to help others create something special for friends and loved ones. I was the Chef of a cafe and bakery in Seattle for many years, where I honed both my pastry and savory skills, and learned that I wanted to create my own business going forward.
