The apartment has been renovated, and features a separate kitchen with dish washer, microwave and all the kitchen supplies you might need. A sunny living room and even sunnier dining room. Beautiful oak table for six. A couple lovely plants and some eclectic antiques. The bedrooms are on the smaller size but with lovely tall windows opening out onto a quiet street. One queen bed, the other room has bunk beds. There is a laundromat one block away. Super lives in the building. Excellent security. Tree lined brown stones on the side. Green park nearby. 2/3 line a couple minutes walk away. We have an air conditioner, it is a wall unit. We also have several large fans. Whole foods in one stop away on the train, as well at Trader Joes, major banks, Marshalls etc. Coffee shops and excellent restaurants abound. There are two libraries within walking distance and a public swimming pool on 125th street. We are on the third floor of the building and receive a lot of light. Utilities are included. Please do check our mail every couple of days. there is a security intercom system for deliveries.
