This is a 4th floor walk-up in a building with six apartments (2 per floor).
1 bd with king-sized bed, 1ba, office, living room, full kitchen, W/D in unit, dishwasher, 3 AC units and the best part: a private 160 sq.ft. balcony with a terrific view of lower Manhattan, downtown Brooklyn, and Jersey City.
Walk two blocks to harbor views...which means you're a stone's throw from all of the iconic Red Hook spots, like Sunny's Bar, Valentino Pier, Hometown BBQ, Strong Rope Brewery, Red Hook Tavern, etc. The apartment is northeast facing, so not pounded by the summer sun/not street-facing (the patio overlooks other patios and backyards instead).
About This Lister
We're a couple in midlife and will be staying in Paris for the duration (we're considering moving there, and figured a long trip would be a good way to explore). We are the current leaseholders.
We'd like to show the place in person or via FaceTime/Zoom.

$2500 security deposit due at sublease/pet sitting agreement signing and $2500 rent due 3 days before occupancy.
Utilities are included in the rent.
Cat and plant lovers most welcome. Responsible, tidy, and respectful individuals that will be good neighbors to all (no parties, no late nights on the patio).
Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any substances in the apartment or on the patio.
Highly prefer renting for the whole period, but will consider shorter term(s) as well.
