800 sq foot apartment with TONS of natural light only a block from Prospect Park. The space is furnished and has hardwood floors, high ceilings and huge windows. Truly drenched in light from sun up to sun down.

Large bedroom with queen sized Casper hybrid mattress, kitchen/living space, bathroom with bathtub, and separate door-less room that’s set up with a dining table that folds down for extra space. Perfect for someone who works from home, artists, actors who film a lot of self-tapes… Don't mind my temporary recording set up for voice over in my bedroom closet - that will be taken down for the time I'm gone.

The unit is on the top floor of an elevator building on a dead end street off of Flatbush Ave. No dishwasher/washer/dryer, but there is a laundromat directly across the street. There is wifi ! No neighbor noise.

Occupying Munsee Lenape / Carnasie indigenous land, PLG is home to many Caribbean families and black-owned businesses. The people are super friendly and the neighborhood has so much to offer. Right outside the building are many coffee shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, liquor stores - everything. About a 5 min walk to the B/Q/S trains at the Prospect Park stop, 30 min on the train to Herald Square.
