ODDOBODY
Marketing Coordinator / Project Manager
40 hours per week · Kingston, NY · Hourly to start, with path to salary

THE ROLE
Marketing at ODDO is infrastructure as much as it is creative work. This role lives at the intersection of creative content creation and project management, making sure campaigns move, content lands, and nothing falls through the cracks.

You’ll work closely with a co-founder to execute across email, social, web, and print. You’ll track what’s in motion, flag what’s stuck, and help the work move from idea to delivery accurately, on time, and in the brand voice.

This is not a strategy role out of the gate. It’s an execution role with room to grow into one. If you’re the kind of person who can hold ten threads, keep them organized, and still notice when the copy is off then this is the right place.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Marketing Execution
Support campaign execution across email, social, web, and print from brief to delivery
Build and send email campaigns in Klaviyo; maintain lists, segments, and flows
Coordinate website updates in Shopify: product pages, collections, copy, imagery
Organize and schedule content in alignment with the brand calendar
Assist with print materials, direct mailers, and the ODDOBODY manuals

Project Management
Maintain and manage the marketing calendar—launches, content, campaigns, and key dates
Track tasks and deliverables across multiple workstreams; flag delays before they compound
Keep shared files, folders, and documentation organized and current
Coordinate internally (and with external collaborators) to keep projects on schedule
Build and maintain project tracking systems that the whole team can actually use

Content & Brand Support
Assist with content creation that reflects ODDO’s voice, values, and visual identity
Help prepare assets in Figma; coordinate with designers on production-ready files
Support photoshoot prep: briefs, shot lists, asset organization, post-shoot file handoff
Assist with community engagement, PR, gifting, and partnership communications

TOOLS YOU’LL WORK IN
Proficiency in these tools is important or a genuine track record of picking things up fast:

Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive) - you’re comfortable with complex spreadsheets
Excel - formulas, formatting, data tracking
Figma - you can navigate files, organize assets, and make minor edits
Slack - how we communicate day-to-day
Klaviyo, Shopify, Airtable - experience is a plus; willingness to learn is a must
Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - a must, not just a plus

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Strong project management instincts—you track things, you follow up, you close loops
Comfort with tools and systems; you adapt quickly to new platforms
Attention to detail without losing the bigger picture
Clear, professional written communication—in your own voice and in our brand voice
Interest in bodies, health, and the conversations ODDO is working to normalize
Alignment with ODDO’s values: care, honesty, clarity, and doing meaningful work well
Curiosity, attitude and follow-through—more important than knowing everything on day one

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
40 hours per week. This role starts as an hourly position, with a clear path toward salary as the role matures. We’ll be direct with you about what that transition looks like and when.

In-person Monday through Thursday at our Kingston, NY studio; optional remote Fridays. This is an in-person role and will be for the foreseeable future. We are looking for someone who loves the Hudson Valley as much as we do. Some off-hours availability may be required for launches, photoshoots, or events with advance notice whenever possible.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ODDO
Direct mentorship and collaboration with a co-founder
Clear priorities and honest feedback—you will always know where you stand
Real, hands-on experience across marketing, content, and brand strategy
A small team that takes the work seriously and has fun doing it
A role with real room to grow

COMPENSATION
40 hours/week. $28–$35/hr based on experience.

About Us

WHO WE ARE
Tamar Adler wrote:
“I’m a 48-year-old underwear model? No, I’m not — but I am a 48-year-old mother and writer and cook who thinks it’s important that we see what regular, unamended 48-year-old bodies and faces look like. When ODDOBODY offered to let me try their underwear, I said: Yes, please. ODDOBODY is unbelievably soft, made of sustainably-sourced cotton, and wearing it, you feel like whoever made it wanted you to feel just great. So, this is 48-year-old me, feeling great, in underwear by ODDOBODY.”

That quote—alongside a 2-star Nordstrom review we received for our “offensive poster” explaining female anatomy (you can see a screenshot on our instagram)— is our why.

ODDOBODY is not a wellness brand or a lingerie brand. It’s a publishing and art project that happens to sell underwear.

Most brands in this space use content as marketing. We use product as distribution. The underwear gets people in the door. The manual, the whisper network, the community — that’s what people didn’t know they needed.
