I am the owner of a luxury high rise apartment in Brooklyn Heights (waterfront, not the historic district). When I am out of town, I rent out the primary bedroom which has an attached bathroom, dressing area and plenty of closet space.

The building is located on the south side of Brooklyn Bridge Park with stunning views of the Brooklyn Bridge, Manhattan Bridge and the Verrazano Bridge. There's a 24/7 concierge, a gym and a public roof deck. The view from my apartment is East and South and the living/dining room kitchen overlooks treetops.

All the appliances are Gaggenau, and the windows are floor to ceiling. There’s TV where you can stream shows and movies.

There are many cafes and food stores close to the building and it's only 7 -10 blocks from the A/C, R, 2, 3, 4, 5 trains.

I’m open to a 3 week stay based on the weekly rate of $1500 a week.
