Nestled in the heart of the Saint-Sulpice district, this studio is a cozy and intimate retreat in one of Paris's most iconic neighborhoods. Just steps away from a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops that define the charm of the Left Bank, it offers an authentic Parisian experience. The area is particularly lively in the evenings and captures the vibrant atmosphere of the city.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a historic six-story building. There is no elevator, and access is exclusively via the staircase. As is common in many old buildings in central Paris, some of the steps are uneven, so guests are advised to use caution when going up and down.

The studio is entirely private and can accommodate up to two guests. It features a double bed measuring 140 cm wide, storage space including a wardrobe and closet, and a dedicated workspace with a desk or table and easy access to a power outlet.

The windows face the street. Although the neighborhood remains lively late into the evening, the triple-glazed windows provide excellent sound insulation, ensuring a quiet and comfortable indoor environment.

The kitchenette is fully equipped for preparing and reheating meals. Amenities include a stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and all the dishes, cutlery, and wine glasses needed for your stay. A dining table is also available.

The bathroom includes a shower. Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron, cotton bed linens, hair dryer, central heating, supplemental heating, cleaning supplies, hot water, and high-speed Wi-Fi. A smoke detector is installed for your safety.

Self check-in is available, providing greater flexibility for your arrival.

Many of Paris's most famous landmarks can be reached on foot from the apartment. The Louvre Museum, Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Musée d'Orsay, and even the Eiffel Tower are all within approximately one to two kilometers, depending on the route you choose.
