I am looking for a single or couple to sublet our spacious, sunny home this summer from July 17th to September 4th (dates flexible).

The apartment features a large, bright living room with high ceilings and great natural light throughout the day. The duplex layout creates an open yet well-defined living space, ideal for comfortable city living.

The home is equipped with a dishwasher and AC. Washer and dryer are available in the building for added convenience.

Utilities will be included except for electricity, which is around $80–$150 per month depending on usage.
