This is a 1,500 sq ft live and work loft in Lincoln Heights.
Note on dates: *I will for sure be out of the space July 18-25, but there is a possibility I will also be out of the space the following two weeks as well (returning August 8th) in case you need something longer*
The space is bright, industrial, full of primary colors, and has high ceilings and huge windows. It has an easy creative feel and is definitely cooler than a hotel! It is part of a unique loft community full of creative and kind neighbors.
-The Space-
The downstairs area has an open kitchen and studio setup with tons of natural light. There's a desk to work at. The lofted bedroom upstairs looks over the main space and has a sofa, television and a king size bed. The layout is simple, comfortable, and great for someone who wants room to work or relax.
-Amenities-
- AC and heat
- On-site washer and dryer
- Parking included
- Walkable access to the A Line
- High ceilings and large windows
- Quiet, secure, and creative building community
-Location-
Lincoln Heights is super central. The A Line gets you to Highland Park, Pasadena, and Chinatown quickly. Union Station is one stop away, so getting around LA is easy. I'm right off the 110/5 freeway interchange as well.
-Who It Is For-
Best for a single person or a couple looking for a place from July 18-25th
No pets. Additionally, the place isn’t child-proof and the loft balcony/spiral staircase can be dangerous.
Rate
$175 per night - if the stay ends up being longer term (as mentioned above, I might be out of the space for 3 weeks total,) we can work something out.
