1 bed, 1 bath, 1 sunroom/office - Located in the Ocean Park neighbourhood of Santa Monica, this early 1900s beach bungalow community is steps from Main Street, and a less than 10 min walk to the Ocean.

Our bungalow is nestled towards the back of a peaceful courtyard and has its own outside area with a BBQ, table and lemon tree. It's an airy, bright space, with a central living area, an enclosed porch/office space, a modern kitchen and a bedroom off of which is the bathroom which has a clawfoot tub.

For Los Angeles, this is a highly walkable neighbourhood: There are three small bodega/food/wine supply shops nearby, while Trader Joe’s is about 30 mins on foot in Downtown Santa Monica. Main street has coffee shops, bars, restaurants, bakeries, a farmers market on the weekend and a nightlife scene, all an easy walk away. Downtown Santa Monica is not too far away (20 min walk) and neither is Venice Beach and Abbott Kinney (35 mins away). Our spot comes with a carpark suitable for a small car (it can be a tricky one to park in) but street parking is usually plentiful. Utilities included, all necessary amenities on site (AC, dishwasher, oven, etc)

The neighbours are all great and respectful, and appreciate this community being kept peaceful and quiet.
