Hello! This is a great East Village apartment that is super centrally located. It's near E 13th Street and 3 Ave, just a block from the 3rd Ave L station, and just a few minutes walk away from Union Square and all the trains there.

It's a fully furnished sublet. It's available now through the end of November. I'm ideally looking for someone who would want to stay that entire time, but am open to stays shorter than that. For anything shorter than end of November I'll need to charge a $200 cleaning fee.

Utilities are included in the price. There are window AC units in the living room and bedroom (with the living room unit being brand new), and 1GB fiber wifi. There's a dishwasher, but no laundry in the building (but there is a laundry facility on the block).

The only tricky thing about this apartment is that it's on the 6th floor and there's no elevator.
